Workouts for the week of November 19

Monday - light run
Wednesday - Boot camp class for 90 minutes
Thursday (gobble gobble) - Easy 5K Run to Feed the Hungry with the kids then ate too much food
Friday - 30 minutes of weights, 30 minutes of cardio (machine and jumprope), abs
Saturday - Sprints with Scott, Max and Chris, running the bleachers
Saturday weight 189 lbs
