Warm up and agility drills
Two individual miles timed 7:40 and 7:25
Fartlicks around block - 4 laps
Cool down

Starting weight for the contest 196 lbs.

Sunday night workout: only 30 minutes of cardio. I had a cramp for two days, I think my body is reacting negatively to salad.
