Friday workout - I accidentally drank some scotch with friends. I don't really like scotch. I went for a walk with my wife. She walked fast.
Saturday workout - I went to the gym even though I had a cramp. Hmmm...a cramp. It must be the salad. I don't think scotch causes cramps but I don't drink much scotch so it's hard to say.
I did my typical weight workout - 2 chest exercises (bench goal not reached); 2 back exercises, 2 tris, 2 bis, a bunch of dips.
